Is this the official Lollapalooza India merch store? Yes. This store is the official source for Lollapalooza India merchandise. All products are officially licensed festival merch.
Do I need a festival ticket to buy merch? No — anyone can shop the store and place an order, whether or not you're attending the festival or hold a Lollapalooza India ticket.
Can I collect my order at the festival instead of having it shipped? No. All orders are shipped to the address provided at checkout — there is no on-ground pickup option at the festival.
Shipping & Delivery
When will my order be delivered? Please allow up to 20 business days for us to process and ship your order. Once shipped, delivery typically takes around 8-10 business days, depending on your location.
Do you ship pan-India, or only to the festival city? We ship across India. Delivery times may vary slightly depending on your location.
Do you ship internationally? Currently, we only ship within India.
How can I track my order? Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email/SMS with a tracking link. You can also check your order status by logging into your account on the store.
What if my order hasn't arrived / is delayed? If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated delivery window, reach out to us at [email protected], with your order number and we'll look into it.
Payments
What payment methods do you accept? We accept all major credit/debit cards, UPI, net banking, and popular wallets via secure checkout. Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available.
Is it safe to enter my payment details on this site? Yes. All payments are processed through Shopify's secure, PCI-compliant checkout — we never store your card details.
Sizing & Product
How do I know what size to order? Refer to the size chart on each product page before ordering. Since these are festival-exclusive drops, sizes are limited and may sell out quickly.
Is the merch officially licensed? Yes, all products sold here are official Lollapalooza India merchandise.
A product I want is sold out — will it be restocked? Some items may be restocked subject to availability; festival-exclusive or limited-edition designs may not be reprinted once sold out.
Returns, Exchanges & Cancellations
Can I return or exchange my order? All sales are final. We do not offer returns or exchanges, except in the case of a damaged, defective, or incorrect item received.
What do I do if I receive a damaged or wrong item? Please contact us at [email protected], preferably within 48 hours of delivery, with your order number, packing list, and photos/videos of the item and packaging. As per our Return Policy, we will review the claim and, if approved, provide an appropriate remedy, which may include a replacement, repair, refund, or another remedy as applicable.
